Regret to inform you all that Fred passed away. He was living in Vancover B.C. at the time. I'm afraid I do not remember the date but I can say that it was more than ten years ago and I am not sure of the circumstances of his death. Fred was like a big brother to me and he often brought me skiing at Mt. Sutton. Great memories driving in blinding blizzards, listening to "My Sweet Lord" on the radio.
