Death Notices (08/30/03)
STRYPCHUK, Carole. Passed away on August 29, 2003 leaving us with a myriad of happy memories and loving values. Carole leaves behind her sister Gail, her brother Peter and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2003 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Rideau Funeral Home, 4275 Sources blvd., Dollard-des-Ormeaux, (514) 685-3344, followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. in the Rideau Chapel.

I remember Carole from Kindergarten at Roxboro School! She was a bus kid so as soon as they built an elementary school in her area (might have been Stonecroft) she went there. Met up with her again at Riverdale and she hadn’t changed a bit! Discussing Star Trek in class one day she told me William Shatner was her mother’s cousin. Was I ever impressed!!! Carole was *always* smiling.
